About the role
The Assistant Concierge supports the Guest Experience team at Hotel Cala di Volpe, a Luxury Collection property in Costa Smeralda. You will help create memorable, personalized stays for high‑end guests by anticipating their needs and delivering a seamless service throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and concierge services, providing local area information and recommendations.
- Process operational requests, prepare reports and coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest wishes.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow hotel policies on safety, confidentiality and asset protection.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting or carrying items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior hospitality experience required; a willingness to learn and a service‑oriented mindset are essential.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform light physical duties.
- Professional appearance, reliable attendance and adherence to company policies.
