Graduate Specialist Program – Engineering Rotation

About the role

Join Bosch’s Graduate Specialist Program – Engineering, a 12‑month rotational scheme designed for recent graduates with a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering. Based in Nonantola, Italy, you will rotate through R&D, testing, field engineering and project management, gaining a full view of the product lifecycle for compact hydraulic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and development of innovative hydraulic systems in the R&D department.
• Perform testing and validation activities on test‑bench labs and on‑site machinery.
• Assist application and field engineers in implementing solutions on customer equipment.
• Contribute to project planning, coordination and documentation across international teams.
• Participate in innovation and digital‑transformation projects within the engineering function.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in hydraulic technologies.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural, international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
