Store Manager – Luxury Menswear Boutique

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury menswear boutique in the prestigious seaside town of Forte dei Marmi. The role combines commercial leadership with hands‑on client service, ensuring the boutique delivers the highest standards of luxury retail.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the boutique team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide a world‑class client experience that reflects the brand’s luxury values.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international customers.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive commercial objectives.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Oversee stock management, inventory control and daily operations.
• Recruit, coach and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Collaborate with neighbouring boutiques and support wider business goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience as Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor in luxury fashion, premium retail or high‑end menswear.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven record of delivering results.
• Passion for luxury fashion, styling and client relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Fluent Italian; additional languages are a strong advantage.
