Wholesale Key Account – Women RTW (Europe & Middle East/APAC)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Wholesale Key Account professional to lead our Women Ready‑to‑Wear (RTW) segment across Europe, the Middle East and APAC. You will manage existing corners and shop‑in‑shops while actively prospecting new business opportunities with multi‑brand retailers and department stores.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the B2B wholesale strategy in line with company goals and budgets.
• Analyse, forecast and track seasonal and annual sales targets by account and product category.
• Plan and implement digital and in‑store wholesale activations.
• Research competitive landscape to identify new partners and opportunities.
• Lead sales campaigns, present collections and assist buyers in order placement.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure proper brand representation.
• Prepare sell‑through and P&L analyses and report insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Logistics and Finance to meet retailer needs.
• Develop internal and external reporting tools to maximise sales performance.
• Manage and train wholesale interns and sales associates.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of global experience in a fashion wholesale department (Key Account, Wholesale Manager or Coordinator).
• Strategic, goal‑oriented mindset with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong prospecting and cold‑calling abilities.
• Excellent high‑end luxury taste and deep knowledge of Women RTW.
• University degree in Economics or Business Management.
• Fluent English; Italian a plus.
