Automotive Vehicle and Component Coordinator

About the role

MSX International, a partner to vehicle manufacturers, retailers and mobility organisations for more than 30 years, is hiring an Automotive Vehicle and Component Coordinator in Turin. The role acts as the key interface between the After-Sales Network, Technical Assistance teams, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and other stakeholders involved in field issue resolution. Its aim is to make sure that critical customer and field issues are analysed, prioritised and resolved so that the dealership network receives effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as focal point for one or more vehicles or commodities on significant field quality issues.
• Coordinate interactions between Technical Assistance, Control Tower, Engineering, Quality, Project Teams, Manufacturing Plants, Spare Parts and Tool Teams.
• Ensure field data and technical information collected from the network are complete and accurate enough to support engineering investigations.
• Drive Engineering teams to progress investigations and accelerate solution development.
• Monitor issue resolution activities and ensure timely execution of action plans.
• Support implementation of after-sales solutions such as Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), spare parts actions, software updates and technical campaigns.
• Take part in vehicle quality reviews and cross-functional meetings, escalate critical topics and align all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Solid experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in Technical Assistance, After-Sales, Quality, Engineering, Vehicle Validation or Vehicle Development.
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of vehicle architecture and vehicle systems.
• Broad knowledge of automotive processes and the interaction between Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and After-Sales.
• Ability to understand technical topics across chassis, body, electrical systems, HVAC and other domains without being a specialist in each.
