Consolidation Management Senior Analyst

About the role

The Consolidation Management Senior Analyst will join Barilla's Group Consolidation Management team in Parma, reporting to the Group Consolidation Management Manager. The role ensures governance of planning, forecasting and budgeting processes, delivering accurate and compliant financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Planning and Controlling activities during Closing, Rolling Forecast and Budget cycles, guaranteeing timely and accurate execution.
• Manage end‑to‑end data collection, validation and consolidation for multiple legal entities, ensuring consistency and completeness of financial information.
• Monitor Balance Sheet and Cash Flow dynamics, validate coherence between economic, financial and equity data, and support variance analysis.
• Maintain financial structures, cost allocation models and reporting dimensions in line with Group reporting standards.
• Provide data and documentation to internal/external auditors and tax functions, supporting audit and compliance activities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in finance or administration roles.
• Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and fluent English.
• Experience with planning, closing, reporting and consolidation processes.
• Ability to manage complex processes, ensure data quality and meet deadlines.

What we offer

• Gross annual base salary of at least €38,000, with potential for a higher final offer based on experience.
