Intercompany Services Senior Analyst

About the role

Barilla is seeking an Intercompany Services Senior Analyst to join the Corporate Control Operations team in Parma. The role ensures governance and execution of intra‑group service management processes, guaranteeing accurate and compliant calculation, allocation and recharge of corporate services across legal entities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end‑to‑end intra‑group service calculation and recharge processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Collect, validate and consolidate data from corporate functions, shared services and legal entities.
• Maintain and update service allocation models, charging methodologies and allocation keys in line with business drivers and transfer‑pricing principles.
• Support governance of the Group Services Catalogue and Intercompany Service Agreements.
• Perform data quality checks, investigate anomalies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Produce, validate and reconcile the Intercompany Services Matrix (IGS Matrix) and ensure integration of recharges into actual, budget and forecast cycles.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax and Consolidation teams to align management, statutory and tax reporting.
• Assist internal and external audit activities with accurate analyses and documentation.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in administration, finance or intercompany management.
• Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Good understanding of financial statements and intercompany accounting principles.
• Experience with cost allocation, recharge models and planning/actual processes.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with Tagetik, EPM tools or similar financial systems.
