Consultant (m/f/d) – Management Consulting, Milan

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, is hiring a Consultant (m/f/d) in Milan, Italy. You will join a project team and work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. The position is on a permanent contract (contratto a tempo indeterminato) under the CCNL Commercio collective agreement, level Impiegato.

Key responsibilities

• Help teams understand client challenges by conducting research, gathering data, running surveys and interviews, and turning information into clear insights.
• Analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses and help structure recommendations that support client decision-making.
• Contribute to client-ready deliverables such as presentations, analysis, workshops and discussions.
• Build core consulting skills, including structuring work, communicating clearly, contributing to team problem-solving and managing priorities.
• Travel within the home market and internationally; the opportunity to work across industries and capabilities.

Required profile

• Master's degree only.
• Initiative, intuition and creativity, with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• No specific academic major or industry experience required; diversity of experience and extracurricular activities are valued.
• Italian and English (native or fluent).

• Base salary of EUR 43,000 (full-time equivalent), plus a EUR 7,000 sign-on bonus in the first month.
