Engineering Graduate - Automotive Consulting

About the role

MSX International, a global provider of outsourced business solutions for the automotive industry, is looking for recent engineering graduates to start a career in automotive consulting. The programme begins with support to the dealer and workshop networks of major car, motorcycle and truck manufacturers, then moves to on-site operational consulting within the manufacturers' networks. The role is hybrid between Rome and Milan, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Support the network of dealers and authorised workshops of major car, motorcycle and truck manufacturers by solving complex diagnostic and technical problems according to the manufacturer's procedures, and supporting technical operators.
• Prepare and deliver technical training content so repair staff increase their knowledge of products, equipment, repair and diagnosis procedures.
• Review and evaluate vehicle repair requests under warranty, assess warranty claims and verify the correct management and tracking of each intervention.
• Once the first phase is consolidated, move to on-site operational consulting within the manufacturers' networks in the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automotive, etc.).
• Italian and English.
• Teamwork, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, results-oriented mindset and flexibility.
