Production Operator – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at the Pianoro site. The role involves operating specific machines or processes to meet production targets while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate designated production equipment to manufacture or fill products according to batch sheets and SOPs.
• Maintain health and safety standards, wear required protective clothing, and report any hazards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and planning to update scheduling boards and meet the production schedule.
• Perform quality checks during production and ensure product specifications are met.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, including 5S, throughout the shift.
• Provide cross‑cover for other operators and deputise in other areas as needed.
• Participate in two‑way communication and suggest improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to follow job/batch sheets accurately.
• Physical capability to lift bags up to 25 kg repeatedly.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Good communication skills and adaptability.
