Restaurant Host/Hostess - Season 2027

About the role

Romazzino a Belmond Hotel, a luxury hotel in the Costa Smeralda, is looking for a talented Restaurant Host/Hostess for the 2027 season. The role suits someone who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage telephone reservations
• Welcome customers upon arrival
• Escort customers to their reserved tables
• Attend to guests' needs, such as checkroom service
• Assist with information requests

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants
• Fluency in English at a professional level; an additional language is preferred
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stressful situations

Required skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and determination to achieve goals
• Basic computer literacy
