Doorman – Sardinia (Porto Cervo)

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Doorman at our luxury resort in Sardinia. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, opening doors and assisting with luggage.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, services, local attractions and transportation options.
• Arrange and record transportation requests such as taxis, shuttles or limousine services.
• Assist guests with vehicle entry and exit, including loading and unloading luggage.
• Maintain a professional appearance, follow safety procedures and report any incidents.
• Support guests with disabilities and ensure their needs are met.
• Communicate clearly on the telephone and in person, adhering to Marriott’s service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Capability to stand, walk or jog for extended periods and navigate stairs or ramps.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
